A publication from the Aviation Law Database™ Aviation Law Week is an e-letter (delivered at least forty times per year) which seeks to raise the standard of aviation safety in the United States by publishing relevant, timely information regarding trial proceedings and dispositions, appellate decisions, new filings, regulatory actions, administrative rulings, and safety data, as well as appropriate bibliographical information. It is not affiliated with any professional organization of lawyers, manufacturers or insurance companies.

In addition, individual items from our archives may be searched and downloaded from this site. This items included content from recent and past issues of Aviation Law Week and are available for immediate download.

Aviation Law Week is edited and published by Lewis L. Laska, a member of the Tennessee bar. Laska received his J.D. and his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.
